Return Process

  Log into your wholesale account and submit a return authorization request through the orders dashboard within 30 days of delivery.

  Quality Assessment

  Provide clear photographic evidence of any manufacturing defects or shipping damages for our quality control team to review.

  Package and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the provided RMA shipping label to the exterior of the box.

  Refund or Credit

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your wholesale account.
